 The Gasoline Conditioner Pill

Oct. 4/06 - Mr.  Leroy Carr and Mr. Dwayne Leslie, inventor of the fuel conditioner pill. Mr. Leslie is holding Mr. Carr's emissions tests results.

"Mr. Leroy Carr, a resident of Oshawa, Ontario, owns an 8-cylinder, 1987 Motor Home with a 454 Chevrolet engine (7.5 Liter) with an estimated ETW (kg) of 2268. On Sept. 18/06 Mr. Carr had this vehicle tested under the Ontario Drive Clean Program. The Vehicle Emissions Inspection Report indicated that the vehicle FAILED in its emissions test results.
